“I took a somewhat specialized truck (Hummer H3x) to Parkway for transfer-case Low-Lock shifting issues.
At first, I was very nervous when the job stretched out to nearly 2 weeks.
- Long story short: there was a lot to research and learn for the shop and understandably so, as even some GM Dealers will turn down working on a Hummer if they don't have the in-house expertise (and they are upfront about it)! But Mike's shop specializes in transmission repair, and not only did they eventually tackle the job successfully, but did it so my bank was not broken either.
I can only say good things about these folks; decent, honest people and Mike is a nice guy to deal with.
If anything, I would have liked a few more calls communicating what we were waiting for, but in the end I am very happy with how everything went.”
